Sweet & Savory Crepes
This event took place in the beautiful forest of Kananaskis Country. Crepes were offered to satisfy both sweet and savory palates. The most requested was Nutella with strawberries and ham with Gouda cheese with a touch of chipotle mayonnaise dressing. Everyone from young to adults enjoyed watching the preparation of the eagerly awaited fresh, warm crepes.

A Little Birthday for the EverCrepe Business Owner
It was a sunny and fantastic day of summer in the mountains serving sweet crepes for 16 guests. With simple ingredients like Nutella, strawberries, and bananas, I loved seeing everyone's inner child light up as they held their exquisite crepe. Of course, one crepe was never going to be enough—they all came back for seconds... and a third, why not?

“The first time I tried Gery’s crepes, I was really surprised. As a Korean, I love a chewy texture, and these crepes had exactly that. They go great with sweet fillings, and just as well with vegetables, like a wrap. They look simple because they’re homemade, but they’re addictive — I keep thinking about them. There was a crowd in front of the crepe stand, kids and adults alike. Wherever Gery’s crepes show up, that spot lights up. I wish I could eat them every day.”
“The cooking is worth watching. Batter down, one pass with the spreader, and it comes out thin and even. No patching, no do-overs. Edges go gold, then a few quick folds and it's done! Geraldine clearly does this a lot. The crepe itself was better than I expected. Crisp on the edges, soft in the middle, buttery but not heavy. Filled well and it held together to the last bite. I finished it fast. If you're looking at hiring someone for an event, this is the real thing.”
