My name is Geraldine. I left my beloved Mexico with a suitcase full of dreams, a degree in International Business, almost 10 years of experience in the financial sector, and 3 years running my own crêpe business, where we also offered catering services. That's where I discovered something clear: I love cooking, and I'm a crêpe maker at heart.
This makes me wonder: when did this love for cooking first wake up in me?
I remember that when I was just a little girl, my mom gave me a set of tiny Tupperware play-dishes, which I used to play "kitchen" with my cousins and my dolls. It filled me with such joy — I could spend the whole afternoon creating little mud pies or exotic sauces made from herbs and the colorful jacaranda flowers from my grandmother's garden.
As a teenager, I would watch my mom spend hours in the kitchen preparing delicious meals for my brother, my dad, and me. I grew curious watching her create such exquisite dishes, so I started coming closer whenever she cooked — asking her everything, wanting to help. Inspired, I imagined how wonderful it would be to learn, so that one day I could cook those same delicacies for my own family.
I remember, whenever it was someone's birthday in the family, we would all cook their favorite dish together. There was true joy in the whole ritual of preparing it — the conversations in the kitchen, the jokes, the sneaking bites while tasting this and that... Those quality moments are something I treasure deep in my heart, and miss dearly.

My professional training was a wonderful school, but my true passion was always creating happy moments through food.
